Chief Alloy Nweke Nwankwo, the retired Chief Judge of Ebonyi State has celebrated his birthday.

Yesterday, Wednesday, 14th July 2021 was the ICON’s birthday.

In one of the numerous tributes in his honour, the renown jurist who served longest as the Ebonyi State Chief Judge before retirement was described as “a man of many parts”

Two time Commissioner for Information and current Permanent Secretary in Ebonyi State, Mr Ken Uhuo painted a picture of a man whom many refer to as ‘Destiny Helper’

He wrote;

It’s another 365 days in the life of this senior citizen- a Commander, and Member of the Order of Niger (CON, MON) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb)
The Ódzó Igbo Ñdzú 1 of Ezza Ezekuna, and the Ókwóó Óha of Our Lady of Fatima, Ezzama.
A man of many parts, described by Chukwuma-Machukwu Ume, SAN, and one time Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Imo State, described him in the book, JUSTICE IN THE SERVICE TO HUMANITY: Essays In Honour Of Justice Aloy Nwankwo, as, “a profound Jurist, juris doctorem, a philosopher in society’s affairs and a human capacity builder.”
For his capacity, competences and character, many call him Aguabata.
His life has uplifted lives and changed narratives of families and Communities, we therefore thank God for his worthy life, and wish him a very happy birthday and many happy returns of the day in good health of mind and body.
Congratulations Daddy”
